Vimala offers cooking classes on various aspects of Indian cuisine. Her next class, scheduled for Sunday January 19th, 2-5pm will feature a chance to explore the techniques surrounding a very popular Indian fermentation, the sourdough batter used to make uttapam, dosa and idlis. Vimala will also include instruction on making these items from the batter and how to make coconut chutney, which compliments these breads wonderfully. All items covered are gluten free and vegan. Bring containers and a notebook and pen! Cost is $65 per class. Registration is now closed; class is full. Thank you for your interest!
